Eligibility and accounts You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Please make sure the details you give us, especially delivery addresses and phone numbers, are accurate. 3. Products and personalisation Our products are handmade and personalised, so small variations in colour, texture and finish are normal and are not defects. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the finished piece. Personalised orders are also covered by our Customization Policy. 4. Prices and payment • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Any packaging, shipping or other charges are shown at checkout before you pay. • Small items carry a handling premium for secure custom packaging and delivery. Where this applies, it is noted on the product, in your cart and at checkout. • Payment is taken online through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not currently available. • Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item was listed at a clearly wrong price, or cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. 5. Orders Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we suspect fraud, cannot fulfil it, or the personalisation content breaks our Customization Policy. 6. Gift orders If you mark an order as a gift, we ship it to the receiver's address you provide. You are responsible for the receiver's details being correct and for having their permission to share them with us. 7. Shipping, returns and cancellations Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and, for personalised items, our Customization Policy. 8. Corporate and bulk orders Corporate, bulk and event orders are quoted individually. Minimum order quantities, pricing, timelines and payment terms are agreed in writing before production starts. 9. Your content You keep ownership of the photos, logos, names and designs you send us. You confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to use them only to make and deliver your order. 10. Our content The site's text, photos, designs and branding belong to Sixth Element and may not be copied or used without our written permission. 11. Acceptable use Don't misuse the site, for example by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or placing fraudulent orders. 12. Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our reasonable control. 13. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India.
