Why can I only order 5 apparel pieces?+−
Every piece is printed and checked by hand. Capping the cart at 5 keeps turnaround at 3–4 days instead of two weeks. For bulk, use the quote form and we price it separately.
Can I upload my photo on the site?+−
Not yet. You can try the layout on the customisation page, then send the real file on WhatsApp with your order ID. A person checks the resolution before printing.
How long does delivery take?+−
Dispatch in 24–48 hours for stocked items, 3–4 days for customised ones, then 3–6 days in transit. Enter your pincode on any product page for a date.
Can I return a customised gift?+−
Only if it arrives damaged or we got the spelling wrong, and then we remake it free. Non-customised pieces have a 7-day replacement window.
Do you ship outside India?+−
Not right now. We are working on it.
Can I send it straight to the person?+−
Yes. Add their address at checkout and tell us on WhatsApp. We leave the invoice out and keep the outer packaging plain.
What if the size is wrong?+−
One free size exchange on plain apparel within 7 days. Use the fit finder on the apparel page before you order.
Do you do corporate invoicing and GST?+−
Yes. Share your GSTIN in the quote form and the invoice comes with the shipment.
What are the candles made of?+−
Soy wax, cotton wick, fragrance oils. Roughly 40 hours of burn on the standard jar.
