Customization Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026 This policy covers every item personalised with your names, dates, messages, photos, logos or designs. 1. Sharing your content After checkout, send your photos or designs on WhatsApp with your order number. Please send the highest-quality versions you have. If an image is too low-resolution to print well, we'll ask for a better one before we start. 2. Your content, your responsibility You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us. We may refuse content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes someone else's rights, such as trademarks or copyrighted artwork. If we refuse it and you can't provide an alternative, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full. 3. Mockup and approval • Before making your item, we send a digital mockup on WhatsApp. • Please check every detail carefully: spelling, names, dates, photo placement and colours. • You can ask for reasonable changes to the mockup before approving it. • Production starts only after you approve the mockup in writing on WhatsApp. • If we don't hear back about the mockup, we'll keep your order on hold and send you a reminder. 4. No returns or refunds after mockup approval Once you approve the mockup, your item is made specifically for you. Personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded or cancelled after mockup approval, except for manufacturing defects. 5. What counts as a manufacturing defect • The finished item clearly differs from the approved mockup, for example a misprint or wrong text. • The item is broken, or its print or material is faulty. • The item arrives damaged in transit. Report defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos and, if possible, an unboxing video. We'll remake the item, or refund you if we can't. 6. What isn't a defect • Errors that were present in the mockup you approved. • Small colour differences between your screen and the printed item. • Natural variations in handmade and handcrafted finishes. • Quality limits that come from a low-resolution photo you asked us to use anyway. 7. Privacy of your photos We use your photos and designs only to make your order, and we don't publish them without your permission. See our Privacy Policy. 8.
