Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026 Sixth Element ("we", "us") runs this website and makes personalised gifts and apparel. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy. 1. Information we collect • Account details: your name, email address and profile picture from Google when you sign in. • Order details: phone number, delivery and billing addresses, the items you buy and your order history. • Gift details: if you send an order as a gift, the receiver's name, phone number and address, and your gift message. • Personalisation content: names, dates, messages, photos and designs you give us for your order, including those you send on WhatsApp. • Shopping activity: your cart, wishlist, the products you view and the searches you make on the site. • Messages: anything you send through the contact form, email or WhatsApp. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are processed by Razorpay under their own privacy policy. 2. How we use it • To make, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you or the receiver about delivery. • To send order confirmations, shipping updates and account emails. • To show you recently viewed and related products. • To send offers and bag reminders by email or WhatsApp — only if you tick the “send me offers” box. You can withdraw at any time and we stop. • To respond to enquiries, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information. 3. Who we share it with Only the service providers we need to run the store, and only for these purposes: • Payments: Razorpay. • Delivery: courier and logistics partners, who receive the name, phone number and address needed to deliver. • Sign-in, database and file storage: Google (sign-in) and Supabase. • Email: our transactional email provider. • Messaging: WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. 4. Photos and designs Photos and designs you send are used only to make your order. We don't use them in marketing without your permission, and we delete them once they're no longer needed for your order or any support request about it. 5. Cookies We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep your cart working. They don't track you across other websites. If we add analytics or advertising tools we will ask for your permission first and update this policy. 6. How long we keep data We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Other data is kept while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it. 7. Your rights You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to optional uses, by contacting us using the details below. Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept for legal reasons. 8. Security — Where your data is stored and how we protect it • Accounts, orders, addresses and uploaded photos are stored with Supabase, in a secured cloud database and file storage (data centres in Singapore). The website runs on Hostinger. • All traffic between you and our site is encrypted (HTTPS). • We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — payments are handled by Razorpay, and we only receive a confirmation that you have paid. • Uploaded photos are saved under private, hard-to-guess file names and are used only by our team to make your order. • Access to our admin area is limited to our team and protected by a login. • Sign-in is through your Google account; we never see or store your Google password. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will tell you if there is ever a breach that affects you. 9. Changes We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. 10.
