Order procedure

Every piece is made for one person, so ordering has a couple of extra steps. Here's the whole journey.

   Pick what caught your eye — from our website, Instagram, a friend, or anywhere you found us. Then select a ready-made product or gift combo; for customised orders, upload your photo and share your requirements.

   Personalise & Pack

   Make it yours and choose how you’d like it wrapped. At checkout, upload your photos or designs, add your customisation and placement details, choose your packaging and pay securely.

   Checkout & Confirm

   We greet you, confirm your order and leave the rest with us. For personalised pieces, we check your photos, placement and message, confirm the details with you, and then send your order summary on WhatsApp followed by a mockup for approval.

4. 4

   Create & Prepare

   Once everything feels right, we bring it to life. We prepare your order and send you a photo of the finished package before dispatch.

5. 5

   Dispatch & Track

   And then, it’s on its way to you. We dispatch your order and send the courier and tracking details by email and WhatsApp.
